Returns Eligibility
At Easton Ink, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories
  • You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation
  • You must contact us first at [email protected] to request return authorization

Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Custom or personalized items

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Include photos of the item if damaged or incorrect
  3. Our team will respond with instructions and return authorization
  4. Ship the product back as directed — return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via your chosen method of reimbursement
  • we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
